The South Central Saddle Club Association was established in 1954. It currently has eight clubs that are a part of the association. Each year the association hosts a fundraiser show, and in addition each club hosts their own horse show. SCSCA shows are open to the public and this allows for the opportunity to show in nine shows during the summer show season. SCSCA members have a chance to receive year end awards.
